By attending classes, using our website, or submitting an enquiry to Teddington Martial Arts, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Classes and attendance

Classes are provided on a scheduled basis. We reserve the right to change class times, instructors, or venues when necessary. Advance notice will be given wherever possible.

3. Health and safety

Martial arts training involves physical activity. You are responsible for ensuring that you or your child are fit to participate. Please inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before training.

4. Membership and fees

Membership fees are set out when you join. Fees are non-refundable except at our discretion or where required by law. Failure to keep payments up to date may result in suspension of training rights.

5. Liability

Teddington Martial Arts and its instructors take all reasonable care to provide safe training. However, participation in martial arts carries inherent risk, and we cannot be held liable for injuries sustained except where caused by our negligence.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
